Refund and Exchange Policy & Instructions

If you change your mind or are unhappy with any item purchased from us, don’t worry! You can avail our return and exchange policy.

  • You have 2 to 3 days to return or exchange an item without using it.
  • For a refund, we will return 80% of your order amount (deducting delivery charges and packing material costs) via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
  • For an exchange, we will send a rider to your address with the new item. They will inspect and collect the old item before providing the replacement.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags/labels attached.
  • Exchange charges (PKR 350–500, depending on order size) will apply for our hassle-free exchange service.
  • Note: No returns or exchanges for items on SALE, BUNDLE, or CLEARANCE.
  • Note: Exchange requests made more than 5–6 hours after order collection will not be entertained.

Faulty Items or Wrong Orders

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or a different size than shown, we will fulfill our legal obligations, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product. The item must be returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, inbox us on our Facebook Page or WhatsApp  including your order receipt or order number.
